Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure eligibility.
• TX licensure required or eligible for license to practice.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and update plans of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Maintain productivity and document patient care accurately.
• Provide direct treatments and discharge planning when appropriate.
• Utilize information systems and charting for care management.
