Job summary

St. Luke’s Health – Memorial Lufkin is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients regain or maintain physical function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

You will perform initial evaluations, create and update plans of care, and provide diverse treatments in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Ideal candidates hold a Physical Therapy degree and TX licensure eligibility; BLS- CPR within required timeframe is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and be eligible for licensure in TX.
• Basic Life Support - CPR current or within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver a variety of direct treatments and document progress.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and collaborate with the team.
• Coordinate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues for goals.
• Provide patient/family training and education, and ensure accurate charting.
