Job summary

You will perform initial evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide a variety of direct treatments. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families, meet patient care productivity standards, and promote a positive customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure eligibility (Texas) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Strong age-appropriate competency and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Provide direct therapeutic treatments and meet patient care productivity standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient care appropriately, including charting and scheduling updates.
