Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) IL IDFPR.
• BLS certification within 30 days - AHA.
• Continued education related to acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Designs and adjusts a plan of care with goals, treatments, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations using reliable methods and documents findings as required.
• Supervises PTA and rehab technicians per regulations and provides feedback.
