Job summary

You should be a graduate of an accredited OTA program with NBCOT certification and licensure or eligibility. This role offers mentorship and growth within a patient-centered care model nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and families.
