The Education Training Collective is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (hourly paid) to join Redcar and Cleveland College. You will collaborate with teaching staff to tailor learning activities for students needing extra support and help learners build independence and resilience.

The role requires enthusiasm, organisation, and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for young people and adults across the college. A supportive team and flexible shifts are offered.
