Job summary

Remedy Education in Brentwood is seeking a Supply Learning Support Assistant to work across primary, secondary and early years settings. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lessons, and help keep classrooms calm and structured.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
