Job summary

PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking a compassionate Residential Home Direct Support Professional in Columbus, Ohio to provide hands-on in-home care and life skills support under individual service plans.

You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, health and safety, and community participation, while documenting care and coordinating with the team. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver's license, and at least one year of healthcare or disability support

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Current Ohio Driver's License with acceptable driving record is required.
• Criminal Background verification with acceptable clearance.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience or work with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide transportation as needed.
• Provide direct supervision and hands-on support with activities of daily living.
• Document transportation, billing and program documentation accurately.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Model company guidelines and maintain professionalism with individuals served.
