PALS OHIO, LLC. is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide in-home care and community access for individuals with disabilities in Ohio. You’ll implement service plans, assist with daily living, transportation, and safety as part of a supportive team.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, valid Ohio driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, background check, and at least one year in healthcare or disability support. Benefits include 401(k), dental, medical, life, PTO, holidays, and vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year healthcare experience or working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide transportation as needed.
• Supervise and assist adults with disabilities in home and community settings.
• Document transportation, billing and program activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and maintain teamwork.
