Requirements include a DOT physical, a valid Ohio driver's license, and a background verification. Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• DOT physical must be passed.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to provide supervision and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Provide safe transportation.
• Document care and services accurately.
• Plan, encourage and carry out social and occupational activities.
