Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a physical therapy assistant in the assigned state.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program per CAPTE.
• CPR certification on current status.

Responsibilities

• Provides PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT per plan of care.
• Observes and reports patient responses and condition changes to the PT and medical staff.
• Documents supervisory activities and patient progress in the medical record.
• Assists with follow-up coordination and community resource referrals.
