PARS Therapy in Cypress, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated home health team. You will evaluate patients at home, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve mobility, reducing pain and empowering independence.

We value patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and strong communication with patients and families. Texas licensure, liability insurance, and home health experience are preferred; flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires active license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Graduate degree (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Home health or rehabilitative setting experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches to individual patients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and home-function limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations and treatment sessions using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and OTs.
• Conduct home safety assessments and prevent falls or re-injury.
• Deliver compassionate care to empower independence.
