• Current and unrestricted OTA licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in implementing vocational/education programs and activities.
• Design/adapt equipment and living environments; fabricate devices to assist function.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to improve strength, range of motion and function.
• Document observations in patient records and prepare progress notes.
