Job summary

Inteli-Care LLC seeks an in-home personal care attendant (PCA) to assist with daily living activities in a member's home. The role supports mobility, meals, hygiene, and companionship on an hourly basis, part-time or full-time.

Applicants must complete required training, pass a background check, and use EVV. Driver's license may be needed for transportation; IPoC authorization governs visits.

Qualifications

• Non-medical care for activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, bathing, grooming, meals and light housekeeping.
• Adhere to the member's approved IPoC and maintain scheduled visits with EVV.
• Complete state mandated training and pass background checks prior to employment.
• Possess a driver's license and auto insurance if transporting the member.
• Additional requirements may be based on the member's needs and service model.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home non-medical assistance with ADLs and companionship.
• Assist with mobility, meal prep, medication reminders and hygiene tasks.
• Follow IPoC, maintain visits via electronic visit verification, and report outcomes.
