Job summary

Eminence Home Care is actively seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support clients in their own homes, promoting independence and comfort. You will assist with daily activities and provide compassionate care tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, plus offering companionship while ensuring confidentiality and safety. Driver's license and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion towards clients.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Reliability and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings as required.
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of clients and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
