Job summary

Attentive Care Service Agency is seeking passionate Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants to join our home-based care team. A PCA provides essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and following care plans.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and capable of working with individuals with disabilities. You will help with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and daily routines, while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

Must meet Department of Health qualifications.
Compassionate and supportive attitude toward individuals with disabilities.
Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Maturity, reliability, and ability to manage the physical and emotional demands.

Responsibilities

Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Provide personal care services as assigned per care plan.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients in their home environment.
Maintain professional conduct and respectful interactions with clients and family.
Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting with mobility.
Safely lift or assist with lifting up to 50 pounds when required.
Perform duties that may require extended periods of standing and activity.
