Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient‑centered care. You will deliver OT services, promote independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing personalized care plans, and documenting progress while supporting family/caregiver education.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license-eligible in Utah
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or skilled nursing
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehab goals
