Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through patient-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver therapy through activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
