Job summary

Fraser Bloomington is seeking an Employment Coach to provide person-centered coaching and supports to individuals, helping them reach employment and education goals.

You will implement job accommodations, conduct on-site coaching, and maintain detailed documentation while building strong partnerships with participants and employers. This full-time role includes some remote days and metro travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with adolescents or adults of any ability.
• Valid MN driver's license with acceptable record.
• CPR, First Aid or other required certifications.
• Commitment to diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion.
• Ability to learn Employment Specialist competencies as defined by state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered coaching and support to participants toward employment goals.
• Implement job aids and accommodations for success.
• Offer on-site job-coaching to ensure retention during shifts.
• Develop employment service plans and strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Complete documentation and monthly reporting per program requirements.
• Attend trainings to apply new skills.
• Network with community employers to create opportunities.
