Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in preparing for employment, including resume building and interview practice.
• Support clients on the job to learn and perform their work tasks effectively.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help clients develop skills and confidence.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and partners.
• Document client progress and follow individualized service plans.
• Provide transportation to interviews or job sites as needed.
• Be flexible and adaptable to client schedules and needs.
