Job summary

Fraser Bloomington is seeking an Employment Coach to provide individualized coaching and support for people with disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health needs. You’ll work to build workplace skills, independence, and meaningful career outcomes with a person-centered approach.

The role requires evening/weekend flexibility, statewide travel across the Twin Cities metro, and on-site coaching with occasional remote work depending on caseload. Compensation ranges from $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and work experience in Special Education, Psychology, Social Services, or Human Services or related.
• 1+ years of experience working with adolescents or adults of any ability preferred.
• Ability to obtain CPR or First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, responsive coaching and support to program participants to help them reach employment goals.
• Implement job aids/accommodations to support individual success in employment.
• Provide on-site job-coaching to ensure successful employment and retention during shifts.
• Develop employment service plans and maintain regular documentation and reporting.
• Engage with clients, employers and team members to build opportunities and maintain professional boundaries.
