Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.
• IL professional educator credential in process or held.
• IL learning behavior specialist (LBS1) credential in process or held.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.
• Experience in curriculum development and differentiation.
• Experience with IEP processes and compliance for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional process for elementary students with IEPs.
• Deliver targeted instruction and personalized lesson plans.
• Implement PBIS strategies and classroom expectations.
• Track progress, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Provide differentiated instruction in co-teaching settings.
• Differentiate content to accommodate diverse learning needs.
