Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking an Early Childhood Behavior and Classroom Coach to oversee classroom curriculum and behavior support under the Director of Preschool Services. The role involves coaching Lead Teachers and Teaching Assistants, implementing developmentally appropriate practices, and maintaining classroom documentation.

The candidate will assist with ITPs, lead parent/therapist meetings, and support the preschool team in achieving student progress and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
• Experience leading a team of educators is preferred.
• ECDS qualifications or equivalent credentials are required or actively pursued

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom curriculum and weekly schedules.
• Create and distribute monthly classroom calendars and maintain records.
• Lead meetings with parents/guardians and therapists as needed.
• Ensure documentation and assessments are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding classroom staff and provide training.
