Pediatrics Plus is seeking an Early Childhood Behavior and Classroom Coach in Conway, AR to support classroom curriculum, behavior management, and staff coaching within our preschool program. This role partners with therapists and the Administrative team to deliver developmentally appropriate practices.

The position requires 2 years of experience with children and ECDS qualifications or active pursuit; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience working with children required.
• ECDS qualifications or active pursuit required; see role details.

Responsabilités

• Oversee classroom curriculum and management under the Preschool Director.
• Coach lead teachers and assistants; model developmentally appropriate practices.
• Create schedules and monthly calendars for classrooms.
• Monitor ITPs and progress toward goals.
• Lead meetings with parents/guardians and therapists.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
