Pediatrics Plus seeks a Classroom Lead Teacher to manage a development preschool classroom, assess each child, and guide Teaching Assistants. You will ensure treatment plans are carried out and support a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA preferred.
• Experience with developmentally at-risk children is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and engage in training.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the classroom.
• Assess each child using the proper tool.
• Assist in developing each child's ITP.
• Review the ITP with Curriculum Coordinator.
• Ensure ITP is implemented to maximize treatment.
• Refer children for additional services as needed.
