Job summary

Integrated Life Choices is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. DSPs provide person-centered supports, promote independence, and ensure safety during shifts.

The role includes documenting all activities, assisting with daily living tasks and transportation, and working independently within a supportive, employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide person-centered supports and advocate for individuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to follow checks and safety protocols as required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in rights and self-advocacy.
• Provide person-centered supports to meet needs and promote independence.
• Document support provided at end of each shift with accuracy.
• Provide transportation and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, medication administration, and safety.
