Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Nebraska Child/Adult Protective Services Central Registry check and criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in understanding and exercising their rights.
• Provide person-centered supports to meet each person’s needs.
• Maintain consistent engagement with individuals during shifts.
• Document support provided at the end of each shift.
• Provide transportation and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene and medical-related needs, including medication administration.
