Job summary

Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. DSPs will help individuals live as independently as possible, document care, and participate in community activities.

Applicants should be reliable, able to work independently, and hold a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated individuals are sought for DSP roles.
• Must be able to work independently and document care accurately.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities; provide medication assistance as needed.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Encourage independence, self-advocacy and group participation.
• Maintain safe environments and complete shift documentation.
