Job summary

Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs provide person-centered supports to foster independence, inclusion, and growth, both at home and in the community.

You will document care, work independently, and help individuals achieve their hopes and dreams through safe, respectful, and engaging activities. A reliable vehicle is required for shifts and transportation needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass Nebraska background checks (CPS registry, criminal).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningfully and independently.
• Provide person-centered supports and document services accurately at the end of each shift.
• Assist with transportation, community inclusion, and daily living activities.
• Promote rights, self-advocacy, and positive social interactions.
• Maintain safe environments and follow behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
