Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: 18+, HS Diploma/GED, valid driver's license in legal name and address, one year driving experience
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is acceptable
• Strong desire to work with autistic/ID/DD individuals and effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities: hygiene, meal prep, money management, housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and supervision, teach daily living and functional skills.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings, ensure safe transportation.
• Resolve problem behaviors and apply crisis techniques per Bancroft standards.
• Complete paperwork and maintain regular communication with residents, families and guardians.
