Community Access Services (CAS) in Portland, OR is hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent lives.

In this role you’ll build relationships, support daily living, and promote personal goals while receiving paid training, benefits, and a $1,000 hiring bonus. No prior DSP experience is required; CAS provides training and ongoing development.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• A valid driver’s license is required for all day‑shift and swing‑shift positions
• Ability to pass a national background check
• Ability to meet company driver approval requirements
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility support as needed
• Willingness to complete required training and follow established safety and support procedures
• Previous experience is welcome but not required.
