Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for all day-shift and swing-shift roles.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and support daily living activities.
• Help adults with disabilities participate in their communities.
• Promote independence and assist with life goals.
• Provide medication support per training and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
