Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in residential settings.
• Teach life skills to promote independence at home and in the community.
• Follow ISP/BSP plans and assist with personal care and medications.
• Assist with appointments, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Mentor and train other staff and support budgeting and personal funds.
