Seven Hills Foundation in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live more independent lives in their communities. You will provide daily care in residential settings, implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans, assist with personal care and medications, and support community activities.

The role offers starting pay of 20.50 per hour with location-based differentials and additional asleep-hour pay of 17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable DSP with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
