Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active US driver’s license from state of residence.
• Direct Support Professional II role requiring leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to promote independence.
• Follow and implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships and social connections.
