Qualifications

• LMHC or LICSW with a Master's Degree in mental health or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with mental health and developmental disabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven knowledge of behavioral support techniques.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clinical documentation to include safety plans, behavioral plans, behavioral assessments, risk assessments, mental status exams.
• Provides assessment of guests that may be in psychiatric crisis.
• Provide training to colleagues on treatment plans, behavior plans, trauma informed care and topics related to mental health issues.
• Attend all required trainings and meetings including risk meetings, human rights meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings
