Responsibilities

• Responsible for clinical documentation to include safety plans, behavioral plans, behavioral assessments, risk assessments, mental status exams.
• Provides assessment of guests that may be in psychiatric crisis.
• Provide training to colleagues on treatment plans, behavior plans, trauma informed care and topics related to mental health issues.
• Attend all required trainings and meetings including risk meetings, human rights meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings

Duties Include

• Responsible for clinical documentation to include safety plans, behavioral plans, behavioral assessments, risk assessments, mental status exams
• Provides assessment of guests that may be in psychiatric crisis

Qualifications

• Familiarity with DDS and Human Rights regulations
• Valid driver's license, and satisfactory CORI and DDS background check
