Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Behavioral Clinician to provide consultation and recommended practices to improve person-centered supports across our IDD/BH network. The role is full-time with a hybrid work setup and travel as needed.

The clinician will train agencies on trauma-informed care, assist with development of Person-Centered Plans, and supervise practitioners toward licensure while working within credentialed scope.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure credentials as applicable.
• Experience with IDD/BH populations and crisis situations.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and person-centered planning.

Responsabilités

• Respond to referrals and provide timely consultation to providers.
• Develop and deliver training on person-centered supports and crisis response.
• Assist with development and monitoring of Person-Centered Plans and Crisis Safety Plans.
• Provide direct behavioral health interventions within scope of licensure.
• Collaborate with leadership and crisis support teams to coordinate provider support.
