Job summary

Community Empowerment Services (CES) is seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our North Andover outpatient behavioral health practice. The LICSW will provide direct psychotherapy, with opportunities for clinical supervision and mentorship within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and active MA LICSW.
• Strong psychotherapy and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience with supervision, mentorship, and leadership is desirable.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy based on clinical expertise.
• Maintain an assigned outpatient clinical caseload.
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide diagnostic assessment within licensure scope.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation including SOAP notes and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with providers and community resources.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation and collegial collaboration.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
