Job summary

Carelinks ABA in Missouri is seeking BCBA clinicians for in-home, community and hybrid services. This full-time role focuses on overseeing treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and partnering with families to drive meaningful change while maintaining clear communication and organized systems.

The position supports flexible scheduling, professional development, and collaborative leadership, with a focus on ethical practice and payer standards. Eligible for full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment).
