Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor and lead a positive environment for both staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives; participate in succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
