Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; serve as a mentor and role model to create a positive environment for both staff and customers.
• Communicate action plans for projects and initiatives; support succession planning to meet future needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets while coordinating loss prevention and improving store layout and efficiency.
