Job summary

You will recruit and mentor Associates, implement action plans, and drive sales targets while maintaining strong control of expenses and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing training and ongoing development for Associates.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.
