Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support middle and high school students on a resource and co-teaching team. This onsite role serves a caseload of 18-22 students and emphasizes tailored instruction and progress monitoring.

You will collaborate with general education teachers and families, develop and implement IEPs, and ensure compliance with state regulations while fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience or strong interest with middle and high school students.
• Background in resource and/or co-teaching instructional models.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, collect data, and track progress.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and support within resource and co-taught classrooms.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families to adapt curricula.
• Manage and implement IEPs for a caseload of 18-22 students.
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain compliance with all special education regulations.
