Express Employment Professionals - MurfreesboroTN is seeking an Employment Specialist for an on-site, full-time role based in Franklin, TN. • Experience in staffing or HR is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in business or HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Employment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, TN. This role involves meeting with job seekers to understand their skills, career goals, and employment needs, and matching them with appropriate job opportunities. The Employment Specialist will conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate placements with client companies. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate and client records, following up on assignments, and ensuring a positive experience for both job seekers and employers. The role also includes supporting recruitment campaigns, assisting with onboarding and basic training, and collaborating with the internal team to meet placement and service goals.

The Employment Specialist will also work directly with the Sales Manager to follow up with companies hiring, perform inside sales, and call clients/prospects about prospective candidates.
