What You’ll Do:
As an Employment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting job seekers with the right opportunities and helping businesses find the talent they need. You’ll handle job orders, recruit top candidates, and work toward performance goals—all while building strong relationships with clients and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Take and manage job orders accurately from client companies

Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels

Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform background/reference checks

Understand client needs and company cultures to make successful placements

Guide candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process

Achieve individual and team goals related to placements, revenue, and client satisfaction

Stay informed on hiring trends, labor laws, and best practices in staffing

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or certifications a plus)

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to type at least 45 WPM

Comfortable using social media for recruiting and branding

Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset

Professionalism, initiative, and a team-oriented attitude

Knowledge of employment laws is a plus
