Position Details: The Employment Training Specialist (ETS) actively supports competitive employment as a primary outcome for Consumers. The ETS reports directly to the Employment Training Specialist Manager of Supported Employment. The ETS provides vocational education, assessment, support, and liaison services for adults with serious mental illness to help them secure and maintain competitive employment in the community.

The Employment Training Specialist assesses the skills and desires of Consumers, secures suitable employment, provides on-site training, and offers follow-up support for both the Consumer and the employer.

Compensation: Earn $20.00/hour.
