Job summary

Florida State University’s ITS seeks an Administrative Lead Representative in Tallahassee to oversee HR actions, serve as SME for Labor Condition applications, and manage the ITS internship program. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant HR workflows across ITS.

The incumbent will advise ITS, ERP, NWRDC, SDC, and FLVC managers on policies, coordinate immigration activities with the General Counsel, and help develop department procedures and training for HR representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience or high school diploma with six years of experience.
• Combination of post-high-school education and experience equal to six years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource and quality control checkpoint for HR actions initiated by ITS supervisors.
• Provide information to the FSU Immigration Associate General Counsel to complete Labor Condition applications.
• Oversee the ITS intern program appointments.
• Coordinate with ITS, ERP, NWRDC, SDC, and FLVC hiring managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Review HR requests to ensure actions are tracked, up-to-date, and clearly reported.
