Job summary

Jackson Lewis PC in Las Vegas seeks an experienced employment and labor litigation attorney to defend and litigate a broad range of claims and charges. The role requires advising employers on employment law issues, providing training, and representing them in court, arbitration, and agencies.

• Candidates must have significant experience managing and running litigation cases in a first-chair capacity.
• The role requires supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work, including delegating assignments and providing feedback.
