Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Of Counsel to join the Litigation group in Baltimore to advise and defend employers in investigations, administrative charges, state and federal lawsuits, and other employment defense matters.

The Of Counsel will represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration across a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

Qualifications

• MD Bar admission preferred.
• Experience in employment defense matters.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, independently.

Responsibilities

• Advise and defend employers in investigations, administrative charges, state and federal lawsuits, and other employment defense matters.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration across a broad range of employment matters.
